For what it’s worth buddy, if the fan doesn’t cure the problem it could be the power supply. They sell a tester at most computer stores for a few bucks. It’s a great investment for anyone repairing computers. And that horrible noise it’s making sound’s like the hard drive’s about to go kaput.
